Terrific Terrazzo
This kitchen might be small but we have packed so much into it. This young couple requested a total revamp of their existing kitchen to a modern, stylish, light space.
The work surfaces are Dekton Awake Gloss by Cosentino and provide a contrast against the Ethos Chatham shaker doors in Meadow Green. Brushed satin brass knob handles by Stori and the brass tap were chosen to pull the colour scheme together. Decorative profile plinths elevate the look of this kitchen. The double Belfast sink is a great practical and beautiful addition to the kitchen.
Storage space was maximised with additional wall units and worktop space in the corner. The integrated Bosch microwave oven is a great space saver and frees up extra space on the worktop. Under cabinet lighting throughout is Sensio Linia Recessed Aluminium Profile lighting, discreetly placed behind the pelmet but adds an ambient glow.
The customer’s existing hob, oven, extractor and glass splashback were reused. Our customers wanted to make a statement and chose to finish the walls and floor in terrazzo tiles pulling out complimentary colours to match the Dekton worktop. This kitchen is definitely a statement!!
