We commissioned Neil and the team to design a new kitchen as part of an extension project, integrating components of our previous kitchen as it was only 2 years old. Throughout the design process Neil was flexible and able to accommodate our indecision – and the final product is fantastic!

It’s been about 18 months since Neil and the team at Grappenhall Kitchen Company installed our kitchen. Friends and family are still commenting on how great it looks and we continue to appreciate it every day! Quoting and preparation was very thorough, the design was stylish and practical, communication and coordination was consistently excellent (against a backdrop of global supply chain issues), workmanship and quality of materials was phenomenal, and after sales services has been brilliant!

When Neil first arrived to discuss the design it is true to say that neither Pat or myself knew exactly what type of kitchen transformation that we wanted but with extreme patience and support from all at Grappenhall Kitchens the final makeover certainly meets all our requirements and is even better than we could ever have envisaged. The work of all tradespersons involved in the makeover has been to such a high standard and the support from the office has been first class and efficient. We needed a kitchen refurb rather than a new kitchen and we were concerned that this might be a problem given that most kitchen companies prefer to sell you a new kitchen. However Neil and Carole fully understood our requirements from the first time we met them and they have now provided is with a fully refurbed kitchen that we are delighted with. Their company is very easy to deal with and you can proceed at your own pace and within your preferred budget without any undue pressure. We very much appreciate the quality of the work that Neil has produced and we are more than happy to recommend the company whatever your kitchen requirements might be.

Neil and his team have been excellent from early planning through to co- ordinating tradesmen and the final completion of our new kitchen. The team have transformed kitchen to exceed our expectations in all aspects. Great design and quality products. We couldn’t have asked for more. Great after sales service too!
