The work tops are White Glitter by Natural Stone Surfaces with matching upstands and a splashback behind the Elica Nikola-Tesla Induction Venting Hob. To eliminate the need for an extractor, a venting hob was chosen. Sensio under furniture recessed strip lighting helps to create not only mood lighting, but lighting that is functional as well. After installing all essential appliances needed for any modern kitchen, we had just enough space to squeeze in a slim wine cooler!
Plumbing work included repositioning the radiator, with this couple opting for a vertical flat profile radiator in Anthracite. Vertical radiators are fantastic space savers and the choice of Anthracite, ensures the modern simplicity of this kitchen is continued.To maximise the floor space we built a bespoke, matching floating storage unit and shelves. Channel handles were used for the storage unit and doors which enhanced this clean, minimalistic look.
We decided to use Grappenhall Kitchen Company as they are a local company and project managed the whole kitchen replacement from design to installation, including sourcing a builder to remove an internal wall. All the work was carried in a professional manner and to a high spec. Any issues were rectified straight away.
