Copper Delight
This couple wanted to make the best use of the space they had available incorporating the internal window and glazed wall.
In keeping with the period of the house they wanted to inject some features into the kitchen so the design incorporated a Belling Farmhouse Range Cooker inset into a custom built mantle with cornicing and cupboards to maximise storage. The Bosch canopy extractor hood is discreetly hidden in the mantle.
The Shaker doors in Porcelain White are finished with Antique Brass knobs and cup handles.
Work surfaces and downstands in Silestone Eternal Calacatta Gold make a stunning contrast with the original flagstone flooring.
The hidden drinks cupboard provides a welcome surprise and has an antique mirrored splashback to match the one behind the Range.
The island unit provides a place to sit and eat looking out into the garden, and has extra storage beneath it. The customer’s choice of bar stools perfectly compliments the antique brass hardware on the units, sockets, tap and the plumbing on the new radiator.
Copper fittings on the radiator complemented the accessories in the kitchen and the period features of the property.
