As a local family run business, living and working in Grappenhall, Cheshire, we have a wealth of experience in fitted kitchens and project management. We work with an experienced team of tradespeople including kitchen fitters, builders, electricians, plasterers and tilers who meet our high expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with the work we carry out for you and promise the following:
- Once your kitchen has been completed, we will inspect it, providing an opportunity to record any outstanding issues or remedial works that need completing. Snagging and remedial works are not uncommon, and we will always return to complete these. We pride ourselves on our aftersales service and aim to resolve any issues with the products or installation as soon as possible.
- We will address any issues, concerns or complaints that are raised with us as soon as possible to try and rectify these and ease your mind.
- We welcome all feedback from our customers and, whilst we hope your experience as our customer is a positive one, we nevertheless want to hear from you if you have cause for complaint.
- We strive to always provide the best service; however, we know some things can go wrong, which is why as an ethical installer we offer the best in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
