Beyond the Kitchen
First and foremost, this family were looking for a kitchen that was modern with crisp lines which worked for them as a family.
They chose Stori’s Strada Matt Grey door for the base units, with a contrasting Tavola Weathered Silver door for the wall units to bring warmth to the kitchen.
Their wish list was huge!! They wanted a stacked single oven, microwave and large fridge
More usable cupboard space was also required.
We wanted to use a local company more than anything else as we felt they could give us the personal service that we wanted whilst supporting a local business. It was the initial contact and approach from GKC that made us choose them. Nothing was too much trouble; we had multiple brochures, door and worktop samples and we spent a lot of time with Kelly getting the design right. It was only once we were truly happy with everything did we commit to using them. We were also happy that they could organise and pull together a complete kitchen makeover and supply Tradespeople to rip out and install new floors, radiators, new electrical sockets etc.
