No – this is our opportunity to understand your ideas and needs so we can design your kitchen and living space to suit your lifestyle. There's no obligation to use GKC but if you don’t, we would love to receive feedback so we can improve our services offered wherever possible.
We plan for approximately 1 hour but it may take longer depending on the size of your kitchen, if you are requiring additional work such as removing a wall/building work and if you require inspiration about the style/colour of your kitchen and work surfaces.

We will project manage every aspect of your new kitchen installation for all the tradesmen that we recommend for your project.
We always ensure we are value for money and that we are competitively priced. We recommend quality products, for example, NEFF appliances and Cosentino work surfaces, but we will always work with you to ensure your kitchen is affordable to you. Typically, kitchens that we design start at £15,000 up to £45,000 (including VAT, kitchen furniture, handles, appliances and work surfaces). Preparation work including plumbing, electrics, plastering, joinery and installation of your kitchen (excluding building work) is an additional cost, and varies depending on whether we undertake this work. If you are looking for our design services only, then we are more than happy to do this. The price will be dependent on the size of your project and we will confirm the price following our initial home consultation. The price includes one design, photo-realistic 3D visuals and a list of all the cabinetry required to order your kitchen. Of course, if you would like several designs to choose from, we are more than happy to accommodate this, which will be reflected in your price.
Depending which kitchen range you choose we have different cabinet manufacturers. We have a local manufacturer and also national manufacturers. The cabinets are tailored to your specific kitchen.
We inspect all products on delivery to ensure there has been no damage in transit. On the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged we will request an immediate replacement.

We love to show the transformation of your kitchen so we may use photos of your kitchen before work begins, during the project and your completed new kitchen. This may be on Facebook or Instagram, on our website, photobooks and other advertising methods. If you prefer us not to use photographs of your kitchen, please let us know.
We pride ourselves on our after sales service and aim to resolve any issues with the product or installation ASAP. By contacting us, we will log the issue, book a convenient time to suit you and the fitter will call to complete any remedial works if required. We aim to resolve any issues raised as quickly as possible but in the event of an unresolvable issue, you can refer your case to our nominated, independent, alternative dispute resolution provider. This is our commitment to ensuring excellent customer service.
